Welcome to Social Passport® Services
Social Passport® training equips adults and middle schoolers with interpersonal and adaptive skills for success in the workplace and classroom.
At Social Passport® Services, we provide training in workplace etiquette, professional development, and adaptive skills for changing social and work expectations.

Founder Crystal Rockwood began her pursuit of changing trajectories for people who were passed over despite having stellar resumes when unspoken behavioral expectations were not met.
With over 30 years’ experience in helping individuals, businesses, non-profits, schools and other organizations with high-stakes communications and professional development, Crystal is an Authorized Trainer with the Emily Post Institute since 2008 and is an Adjunct Professor at Southern Utah University.
Why are Social Passport® Skills needed?
Employers across multiple industries are fed up with the post-Covid decline of interpersonal skills, and parents feel the same way. Ask anyone if they believe civility is eroding and if we are losing the ability to cope with those who hold different opinions –the resounding answer is Yes!
Adults will learn workplace expectations in etiquette, professional communications, interactions with customers/VIPs, and reputation management, along with advanced interpersonal skills to manage issues with co-workers and teams.
Middle schoolers will learn age-appropriate interpersonal skills including etiquette, dealing with exclusion, handling negative feedback, practicing active listening, and the fundamentals of reputation impact.
